Cancelling
Plans change. These are the terms, in the order they matter.

The two-day trips
The overnight bay trip needs a boat held for you, so the full refund runs to seven days before the start, and half to three days before.
Weather
Walks go ahead in light rain. We message you by 21:00 the evening before if we change or cancel a walk. A walk shortened by rain is not part-refunded; a walk we cancel is.
How to cancel
Open your booking from the link in your confirmation email, or from your account, and press Cancel. It shows what you will be refunded before you confirm. Cancelling by email to us works too, and we will do it for you.
How refunds are paid
To the card or PayPal account you paid with, in US dollars. Your bank may take a few working days to show it.
