Write to us
A person reads everything that arrives, and replies within two working days.
This is a sample address on a fictional company: nothing sent to it arrives anywhere.
Planning a trip
If you know when you are coming, ask us to plan it: the form asks the questions we would ask.
On the day
Each experience page gives the meeting point and, the evening before, we message you with the guide’s name and number. If you are late, message us: groups wait five minutes.
Hours
We answer between 07:00 and 21:00 Hanoi time, seven days a week. Hanoi is seven hours ahead of London in winter and six in summer.
